I wasn't sure about these after reading the negative reviews, but I've been happy with them! My hair is very long but not thick , and these have worked great for sectioning, ponytails or a French twist. I have dexterity issues and I find these easy to use since the springs aren't crazy stiff, yet they are very secure. The teeth aren't sharp and they are easy to remove without getting tangled in my hair. There are a lot of crappy hair clips out there but these are good. I'm really happy with this purchase!

Exactly what i was looking for. I like the matte look. Not the strongest quality but they do the job. I have heavy thick hair and they work well for me!

Oh how I miss the butterfly clips I bought decades ago that were made from a type of plastic that wasn't brittle and with springs that had some hold to them. I still have a few of my "originals" left and they're holding up incredibly well. I've looked for good quality butterfly clips over the last few years to no avial - the only ones that are available at every store are the cheap, brittle-plastic kind. Those either crack easily or the springs come loose from the clip. I bought these with some hesitation, but am happy to report these are sturdy, made with a thicker and better plastic, and the springs are strong and look like they will stay in place for quite awhile.

The plastic these clips are made of is a little flimsy but they do the job they are intended for so I can't complain.

I bought these for my daughter who is currently in Cosmetology school; they work pretty well and hold hair out of the way

These are pretty flimsy clips. I dropped one on the floor, from counter height, and it broke. The plastic is really thin and they hold very little hair. The product photo used does not accurately represent the amount of hair they can grip.

These clips were a good value for the money. I have only used it 2 times, but so far it has been good to hold the hair up and it performs as expected.

First if all, only 4 of the 6 clips were in the package, but, truthfully, one of these would have been too many. The clips are cheaply built and tangle and tear in the hair.
