Thermal Grizzly - PhaseSheet PTM (50x40mm)- High Performance Thermal pad with Phase Change Material | Durable, not electrically Conductive | for CPU, GPU & Electronics Cooling

Incredibly difficult application, following all instructions including putting in freezer did not help, thermal pad was stuck to the plastic and was ruined by the time I got it out, stick with paste, this is not worth the hassle, I can get a regular paste application done in under a minute, but this took me an hour and still failed horribly.

No issue great delivery and didn't get used like my ram purchase from Corsair.... You can trust Thermal Grizzly

Great stuff, it works quite well. A little tough to peel off the protective sheets thou. The trick I found was to peel off the harder to remove side first mostly to loosen it. Then peel the other side a bit at the opposite corner to loosen it and then you should be able to apply it without issues. I tested it against Arctic Silver 3 which is ancient and it was a lot better.

Aşşşırı güzel. Uygulaması zor diyenleri anlamadım, bi yarım saat buzdolabında (buzluk değil normal buz dolabı) beklettim ve aşağı yukarı bir boyut tahmini ile işlemciye de gpu’ya da kestim makasla (laptop, hp victus 16-s00xx) Önce çipe gelecek olan tarafının jelatinini çıkardım çipin üstüne koydum. Biraz parmağımla hafif bastırdım üst kısımda kalan jelatini çıkarırken pad kaymasın diye. Sonra üst kısımda kalan jelatini maket bıçağı ile dikkatlice ucunu ayırdım ve çıkardım. Kenarda biraz açıklık kalmıştı orası için de minik incecik bir parça daha ayırdım orayı da hallettim biraz üst üste binen oldu ama zaten eriyor sonuçta eriyince iyice tek kata biner dedim ve sanırım öyle de oldu çünkü performansı gayet iyi şu an yani. PTM7950 almayı düşünen ve bulunamıyor olması sebebiyle bu ürüne kadar gelmiş olanlar için söylüyorum, performans farkı yok ve kesinlikle aşırı memnunum. 35W’ta 95 dereceyi gören laptop şu an 65W’ta 72’yi falan geçmiyor. Yani aslında fark 20 dereceden bile yüksek. Pump out berbat bir şey ve şu an mükemmel bir performansı var umarım bu durumunu korur ve zamanla kötüleşmez.

Excellent cooling. CPU maintained at 38C at idle versus 46C with cryosheet which found has uneven clamping when replacing to phaseshift.

Ich habe das Thermal Grizzly PhaseSheet PTM für meine RX 7900 XT XFX MERC 310 gekauft, da ich mit Wärmeleitpaste den extrem hohen Hotspot nicht in den Griff bekommen habe. Der Wechsel auf dieses Pad hat sofort eine spürbare Verbesserung gebracht: Vorher: Hotspot-Temperatur bei knapp 100 °C Nachher: Hotspot stabil unter 80 °C Temperaturdifferenz von rund 20 Grad, ohne sonstige Änderungen am Kühlsystem Das Pad passt sich nach dem ersten Erwärmen perfekt an GPU und Kühler an. Keine Lufteinschlüsse, kein Verschmieren, keine Sauerei wie bei Paste oder Flüssigmetall. Es ist nicht elektrisch leitend und somit auch bei empfindlichen Grafikkarten absolut sicher. Hochwertige Verpackung, sicherer Versand Lieferung über Amazon blitzschnell Verarbeitung wirkt durchweg hochwertig, Pad lässt sich auch sauber erneut verwenden Wichtiger Hinweis zur Anwendung: Das Pad muss exakt zugeschnitten werden – es darf nicht über die GPU-Fläche hinausragen, da sonst das Risiko eines Kurzschlusses besteht. Besonders bei modernen GPUs mit offenen Komponenten rund um den "Die" ist das kritisch. Wer damit keine Erfahrung hat, sollte sich unbedingt vorher ein Tutorial oder Anleitungsvideo ansehen. Das ist kein klassisches „einfach drauf und fertig“-Produkt. Fazit: Wer bei GPUs oder CPUs Temperaturprobleme hat, sollte sich das PhaseSheet ernsthaft ansehen. Der Preis ist höher als bei normaler Paste, aber das Ergebnis rechtfertigt das absolut – besonders bei GPUs, die thermisch an der Grenze laufen.
