The dough roller worked very well. It has greatly cut down the time I spend less time now on covering my cakes than previously. Good job

After initial faulty machine due to courier badly damaging box/machine in transit, the replacement sheeter is great! (The customer service from supplier was excellent resolving the problems with first machine.) Sheeter saves me sooooooo much time and you get perfectly rolled, even depth every time. Can also use to 'knead' in colours in sugarpaste saving time here too. Highly recommend this product!

I bought this to make croissants at home. Wow, it is designed and built so well, and works great. Highly recommended as a great alternative to endless rolling laminated dough with a rolling pin.

C'est une machine très pratique! si vous avez de la place dans votre cuisine et que vous faites beaucoup de pâtisserie : biscuits, petits fours, gâteaux avec couverture pâte à sucre c'est la machine idéale!

Got this item in at the beginning of March. Great little sheeter but it didn’t fit the dimensions we required as we’d hoped. Why the one star? Because the return was a nightmare. First they tell me the prepaid return label was incorrect and needs to be sent elsewhere. I had to wait till they changed it to print a new now unpaid standard label which I paid full price to return plus insurance. We wrapped the item back up in one piece to the best of our ability and hear about it two days later that the item was received damaged and supposedly thrown in the box in pieces. Thankfully Amazon customer service was great and they came in to help, but it should never have gotten that far. A lot happened in between but I’m just glad that is over. So if you plan on getting one of these make sure you have your dimensions spot on because the item itself is great but the service was a zero if you try to return it. No one likes to get the run around

The product is an absolute dream if you love making various pastries and especially croissants! It is worrisome for most purchasing an expensive product overseas as this item is shipped from Italy. As a customer, one doesn't know the type of customer support that they will receive after the purchase. In my case, the product arrived sustaining damage during shipping. I have to say that the communication and support that I have received has been outstanding! They not only communicated on a daily basis but, were prompt with shipping me a replacement unit, once it was manufactured. They also arranged to have the damaged unit picked up and returned to them. If you are having doubts about purchasing this item, you won't regret it if you do! It is a great product that is very well made! The best part is that their customer service is even better! I can't say thank you enough! AAAAA+++++
