To early to say as I've only just started to take this suppliment, but I'm giving it a shot to see if it will prevent me from having to get up multiple times a night to use the toilet.Friends recommended I try Saw Palmetto as he had given it a go and found it effectively cut his nightime excursions by half. So, I'm going to try and see if it works for me.I like that this product in made in the US and the capsules are relatively small and easy to swallow. Will add to this review in a few weeks when I've been taking this for a while and can report more accurately on any effect it might have.
