The breathable wrist is very practical and comfortable to ware it the whole day. I had Arthrose pain and then the pain is gone after put it a couple of days.

got this in medium and small - as I have developed dequairvains. ( left wrist). These are perfect under my soft cast to prevent skin rubbing.i also use these when I swim!! Ortho rep. Agreed I could use these as I swim long distance...and still keep support and keeping my thumb in its place, while training. I also use these when I work out. Less cumbersome than the cast but something for support. Compression glove is comfortable and keeps blood flow while decreasing any swelling. Helped in 1st use with them. I put on a small.then medium on top to swim. . Keep the medium on for under the soft cast. Works perfectly. Light stocking feel. Airy , and not hot or sweaty. Easy rinse and dry out. Subtle at work in professional clothing.

I use this when doing hand sewing as having to hold fabric or needle so firmly is very hard on my wrist and thumb. I find this glove gives just the right amount of support, not too tight and very comfortable.
