Obviously this isn't a supplement that's going to manifest miracles but I'm taking this simply as an eye health aid as I have eye issues related to aging. (I'm also doing red light therapy, but that's another tangent..)The packaging states this is sold under the brand name AstaReal by Fuji Ch3mical Japan, which gave me the confidence to order and assurance that the ingredients will be produced in safe conditions. Their website tells me they have put 30+ years of pioneering research, study and development into producing the highest grade of natural Astaxanthin.It's recommended to take one tablet a day (this has a month's supply) with food.Astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant said to encourage healthy aging.Lutein is a carotenoid which could help protect the eye against sun damage.Another ingredient is Zeaxanthin, also a carotenoid, which is usually alongside Lutein in eye care supplements.Lycopene is yet another antioxidant: a red carotenoid hydrocarbon (most people will know of it from tomatoes) which may help protect against cell damage.The other botanical ingredients (apart from the multivitamins) I'm not so familiar with but I'd assume they all complement each other.I did have a chuckle at the bright blue tablets (in fact I pretended to my partner that I was taking V for a few minutes! It *was* April the first!).The manufacture and expiry dates are both printed on the foil packs (it's not that common to have a manufacture date on supplements - the expiry is over a year away).Easy to take and hopefully I'm doing my eyes some good...I'm due my two-yearly appointment in the next few months.

This came neatly packaged, and I had no issues with anything at all. They come in capsules that are quite easy to take with a sip of water and don’t taste like much. Highly recommend.

I ordered this I-Dew suppliment as I regularly take lutein with the hope that it will provide support for my eye health.This particular brand included not only lutein, but also bilberry, vitamins and a list of other ingredients all of which are often believed to have the potential to be beneficial to eye health.The nutritional information is clearly printed on the box, as is the best before date, which is 15 months away. The box includes 30 bright blue, medium sized tablets, which at the recommended dose of 1 per day should last around a month.The capsules are intended for swallowing without chewing, so are pretty much taste free, and are also easy to swallow. Overall they are well packaged, easy to take, with a full months supply included, they have a long list of well thought of ingredients, and I am happy to recommend them.

These tablets come in a blister pack. They are very blue and quite large, but I could easily swallow one with a glass of water. The directions are that they should be taken with food. I've had no adverse effects from using them and they are very reasonably priced at £9.99 for a one month supply.
