I bought these Konjac capsules 4 months ago, took them off and on, then started taking them regularly -- 1 capsule 30-45 minutes before a meal, 3 max per day -- about 2 months ago. When combined with (mostly) healthy eating and daily exercise, I've lost 14lbs to date. The konjac really does help me to feel full with less food. I think another contributing factor is the 12-16oz of water I drink with each capsule. When I first started, I only drank 8oz, but it wasn't enough; hello constipation. Lesson learned. Because I found this konjac product effective, I ordered the two-pack.

This is just not for me. It has an odd chalky taste. Half of the bottle is powder and broken tablets. There is a hint of pineapple flavor, but if I did not expect it to be there due to the fact that it's bromelain, I wouldn't easily identify it.
