Was happy with this watch until thne battery needed replacing. The back of the watch was on so tight that it was very difficult to get off and when the battery was replaced the second hand fell off. Also the watch strap was very poor quality and the dye ran when I sweated and stained my arm

Looks good but the time and date adjustor has fallen off! So I now can't change the date and when the clocks change, I won't be able to change the time! I can't find any contact details for the supplier as I'd really like a refund or a replacement!
