Tasty on hot pizza. Spicy and smokey. Not cheap money wise but worth it for the difference from everyday crushed red pepper flakes.

Flatiron is the best! I only use flatiron peppers these days and the smoky are hands down my favorite I go through these 3x as fast as the other varieties! They’re great on everything

This stuff is great!!! I used to go thru copious amounts of red pepper flakes. Then, I saw someone talking about this on YouTube; how it has more actual flavor, and decided to order a bottle. Because it is made with more than one kind of kind pepper, it provides different levels of heat all in one product. It is mildly smokey, and does bring some heat. I use it in macaroni and cheese, on pizza, and stir it into butter to finish a good steak. Heat is subjective, I’d say a little goes a long way, and you really should try this. No more red pepper flakes!

Nice smokey flavor but just a little too hot for my taste buds so i dont use as much as I would like to.From the other reviews I read prior to purchasing, it sounded like the heat was more mellow (like the red pepper flakes at a pizza parlor).Maybe i'm just a whimp

If your wondering if this is something you should have in your spice cabinet...the answer is YES. It provides a richer slightly smokey heat to sooooo many dishes. It's not like its flaming hot...its just right. Its a must have and used all the time in my chef kitchen.

Wonderful as an addition on chili. Great spice and wonderful smokey flavor. You don’t need much the bottle will last foreve.
