Vitamix 48-Ounce Aer Disc Blender Container with SELF-DETECT, BPA-Free, Dishwasher-Safe Container, and Tamper, Compatible with All Full-Size Vitamix Blenders

I don't drink coffee so I don't know what the foamy milk thing is and I don't like Mojitos, but I bought an AER anyway. I make my own syrups for sodas so I thought this might be helpful, but not so much I'd buy one. However, I LOVE homemade gingerale. I used to make it all the time but it takes so long, but mostly involves more clean up than I want, so I stopped. I bought the AER specifically to make gingerale. Anything else I make in it is a bonus. I wasn't sure if the 5 minutes at high speed was enough to extract the ginger flavor including the real spicy-ness I love, but it does! It made fantastic ginger syrup! I threw the ginger in to the food processor and sliced it up. Then 2 cups water, 1.5 cups sugar and a heaping 3/4 cup sliced ginger in to the AER. 5 minutes later it was awesome ginger syrup. All I had to do was strain it in to a jar and I was ready for gingerale. Cleaned up so fast, I had everything done, washed, sliced, ingredients in, blend and cleaned, bottled and put away in about 15 minutes. Now I need to test seriously reducing the sugar amount and seeing how large the ginger chunks can be to make this work. I know this attachment isn't for everyone, but for me, it is a game changer!

Had this in my wish list about two weeks before it was actually released by Vitamix. One day I got that “item in your cart has a price change”... immediately clicked Buy Now! Saved a pretty penny (nearly $30) and received it exactly on time (the day Vitamix released it). It works fabulously. Muddled drinks, perfect frothes skim milk for coffee drinks and fast & easy whipped cream in seconds. Cleanup is a breeze. Super solid construction and feels like a quality piece. Vitamix containers are expensive anyway but I always check Amazon first. In this case Amazon saved me $$$ . I was going to and would have paid full price but am thrilled I didn’t have to. Just be aware and read the info section as this container is more specialized and may not fit your needs.

This was a total extravagant extra buy for me, but it makes the best mixed drinks, whipped creams, and infused water---I've even whirled the morning coffee with some nice dark chocolate and creme and ohhhh baby, it's good.

Couldn’t wait to get this item, but I’m finding it’s not a perfect fit on my Vitamix. It does make a little noise and the lemonade I had so hoped to get perfect. Well, it doesn’t exactly extract all the pulp from the lemons so I find myself food processing those first. But it does make an excellent Frappuccino and fresh veggie fruit drinks - and I’m still experimenting.

Our dishwasher ate the original pitcher to our Vitamix, so I ordered this one so my wife wouldn't blame me for breaking it. Expensive as all get out, but it really works well. It is also a lower height than the original so it fits under our cabinets while on top of the Vitamix. One word of caution, make sure you are matching up the model of your Vitamix with the pitcher model. I have ordered other Vitamix products before only to find out they didn't fit my model. Vitamix was great about the return, so no worries there, just read the website info carefully so you don't waste time.

I’ve been interested in Aer Disc since it was released but couldn’t justify the investment, so when I needed something to offset a pity-party I opted to take the plunge and give Aer Disc a try. Pros: does a great job producing muddled fruit water (shown), perfect for those times when I want flavor but not a full-on juice. Cons: to date I’ve not been able to produce foamy or emulsified concoctions with non-dairy milk, but I’m still experimenting. Fingers crossed 🤞 that more time and testing will produce that which I seek. Cheers!

I bought this container for use of when it first came out and I use it just about every day. This purchase was a gift for someone that just received a Vitamix as a gift and I thought she would really appreciate and use this container. I use it to make different types of lemonade but there are other uses for it too.i great addition for anyone that owns a Vitamix.

...if you want frothy hot chocolate in just six minutes, you've got to get this for your Vitamix. I was really happy to see that it works with my 12-year old Vitamix. Simply add cold milk and your favorite cocoa/sugar, and let it go on high for 6 minutes. This is the easiest hot chocolate I've ever made.

I like what I saw on you tube, but it’s not compatible. Does not recognize the product. Not working. I bought my vitamin from Takashimaya, it’s A3500 ascent.
