I bought this because I needed a spot for my camping woodstove and fire wood. This is the perfe t size. I also got a fire resisted mat for the stove itself but this mat is for extra protection and hestetics.

Works great for our smoker. It will keep rear spots off new paver work.

I got this grill mat to leave on the side table of my gas grill (which is not a Blackstone). It works great for holding your cooking tools and spice items. It has a lip around the edges so nothing rolls off. When it arrived, I noticed that the item had been folded for shipping, and there was a bend in the silicone which has not yet flattened out, even after putting it in hot water. It's really easy to clean, just run it under hot water and it's good to go.

that mat is as advertised. It is a bit too thin to make me think it would protect any surface from heat or fire.It would however keep the ground under your BBQ clean. it is large enough to cover the ground under my BBQ

great if you have a BBQ on a wooden deck like I do

I picked this up to use on an old wood table on my patio. In the summer, it is usually loaded with various roasters, crockpots, or dehydrators, and I sometimes worry about the flammable nature of the table. This will alleviate that concern, plus protect the area from spills and stains. This mat has a smooth side and a side that feels like it has a little grip. It isn't terribly thick, but it feels sufficient for the job. I think it would be fine on concrete, but I don't know that it would lay flat on grass.
