These edible glitter pens worked well for me. I’ve used them on some cookies, and the glittery shine really stands out once it dries. It’s easy to apply and gives a nice, even sparkle. I didn’t notice much flavor, so it didn't interfere with the taste of my food.

These are fun to use. I have edible icing paper and I was drawing pictures on it. You don't need the icing paper; I just happened to have some. I want them in other colors, now. What a great way to make your own decorated cakes. The shine of these pens is amazing, I really like them a lot they shine lovely and the color isn't too pastel but not very bright which is perfect. You can use these on hardened buttercream icing, chocolate, fondant, and other like food surfaces. If you have edible paper it'll work well on that as well. No noticeable flavor from these so nothing being taken away from the flavor/taste of what they're used on.
