I was expecting these to taste a bit strange, but in fact they taste really nice.
This jar contains 60 Lion's Mane gummies, and with a recommended serving of 2 gummies a day the jar should last approximately 1 month. For those not familiar with what a gummy is, it is a small jelly type sweet.Lion's Mane seems to be the supplement of the moment and everybody is rushing to recommend it, so I thought I would give these a try.Lion's Mane is a product of Mushrooms so if you have an allergy to Mushrooms, check that it is safe to use these. The packaging states that the gummies contain 2000mg Lion's Mane equivalent per gummy, and also gives a breakdown of the gummies ingredients.Upon opening the jar, the gummies have an subtle, but unusual smell so I was expecting these to taste a bit strange, but in fact they taste really nice, a bit like a wine gum.The jar I received in October 2024 had a use by date of September 2025, so plenty of shelf life left on the product. As with all vitamins and supplements, you have to have faith in them that they are delivering the benefits they state. These gummies have the added bonus of also being tasty jelly sweets.I like the taste of these gummies a lot and am hoping that brain support claim is effective.

Go for it
Enriched with brain-boosting vitamins B5, B6, B12, and C, these gummies promote better mental focus, clarity, and memory. Additionally, they provide stress relief and immune support, making them a versatile supplement for daily health. I love its taste, as it is not as sweet as many of those available out there.

Good
These are good and do indeed give you a bit of a focus boost. Although to avoid sugar, I much prefer lion's mane in powder form than as a gummy. The flavour tastes like blackcurrant to me, which I found pleasant but wasn't to the taste of every member of the family. Ah well, their loss!

A rather strange way to take lions mane
If the dosage is to be believed these have quite a noticeable dosage of lions mane in it so there's reason to believe that you won't feel its effects like better focus and memory among other things, price seems quite high though there is a notable discount at the time of writing. What baffles me is the flavour that seems to go against the point of supplement gummies by being mushroom flavoured and not just that but in a gummy that uses both sugar and glucose syrup so the resulting taste is a very strange one that I imagine is a very divisive one.Because of said taste and its usual price I would rather recommend most other forms of taking lions mane over it but when it is on offer I am sure some people might still get curious about what is arguably pretty unique.

Tasty but expensive
If you believe in the benefits of lions mane then these are a good option as they have a high count for a supplement. Personally after a couple of weeks I've not really felt that they have had that much of a difference in mental clarity/memory. I felt like my typing has been better but that could be placebo. They are packed with other vitamins as well which improve cognitive function. Like most food supplements, they're hard to give a reliable opinion on.They are really nice though. It's like chewing a Haribo to be honest. The flavour is somewhere between blackburrant/strawberry/cherry. Very nice indeed! The cost is too prohibitive for me to continue with. £25 for a months supply is a lot of money. I think the average person would struggle with this as most people wouldn't consider such a supplement as essential.

Not a yummy gummy
These really do not taste at all nice - so much so, in fact, that try as I might, I've not been able to get beyond a couple of days of taking them. Therefore, I have no idea whether they work or not, and given how bad they taste, I'm not prepared to carry on with them. I'm glad I didn't pay the asking price of £24.99 for these.

Mushroom gummies with a fruity twist for a decent brain boost
I find it quite enjoyable to come across a supplement that doesn't feel like a task to take every day. These mushroom gummies have truly won me over with their fruity taste and soft chewiness. As someone who loves spending weekends hiking in the hillsides, anything that claims to enhance clarity and focus naturally piques my interest. Although it's still early days, I really value the blend of vitamins B5, B6, B12, and C; it almost feels like a little cognitive boost after a brisk morning outing in the Aberdeenshire countryside. While they may not be the optimum choice when it comes to supplements and do require a significant investment for just a month's supply, I do appreciate that they cater to vegetarians and vegans by omitting gelatin, unlike many others. I'm curious to see what kind of long-term effects they might have, even though the sweet taste wasn't what I had expected from a mushroom supplement. They make for a monthly treat with their pleasant flavour and the subtle benefits they offer.
