Fancyoung 32 PCS 1 Set Vintage Retro Old World War Postcard Greeting Cards Souvenir Gifts for Worth Collecting

I ordered three different sets of postcards from obviously the same company, one was vintage advertising, one vintage movie stars/musicians, and one old wartime postcards (which was the one I was most excited about). When they arrived, I was surprised to see three identical boxes of identical cards - mostly vintage advertising with a few move stars/musicians and absolutely no wartime scenes. Disappointed to say the least.

My wife and I purchased the World War II set of post cards for our nephew who is living with us for the first leg of his college phase. We wanted something that he would enjoy while fostering the opportunity for him to keep in-touch with home and continue to work on his penmanship. Based on the item info, there was a single package of the WWII set of post cards available and we felt fortunate to find them. The images did appear to contain an overly abundant amount of the "Keep Calm and Carry On" post cards, but we overlooked that as the remaining images were quite nice and something he would have truly liked.While the package arrived quickly, it was disconcerting to remove it from the plastic bag it was wrapped in to immediately find that while the package was labelled "World War II" [Image 2], the front of the package clearly contained the "Stars" (Old Celebrities) set [Image 1]. This was not a set we desired at all and, as purchased for a teenager, is one that is unlikely to appeal to most kids that age. A single cursory glance demonstrated to us that it was the wrong set; it's hard to fathom that an employee of the company would not realize the mistake as well. Given that it was listed as a single set remaining, it begs the question of if this was a type of 'Bait and Switch' as the "Stars" set is not selling. Further, the box that contained the post cards had pieces of tape stuck all over it and, when I went to open the box just to double-check that it wasn't a single wrong post card added to the set, it became obvious that the tape was to hold the damaged box together [Image 3]. It was not a single incorrect post card, but as suspected, the entire wrong brand new set in an overly damaged box. If we had been purchasing this item for collecting purposes this would have made the experience even more vexing. As it was, the obvious lack of professionalism, attention to detail, either 'Bait and Switch' or simply not paying attention to the labelling of products, and utter incompetence ensure that we will never purchase Fancyoung products again.

Disappointed... postcards extremely thin and flimsy! Some of the pictures won't clear either.

product is great just what I wanted

Ordered the WWII postcards... ended up with movies and singers instead... I'll be using them anyway but not exactly what I expected. They are coated on both sides so not all types of pens will work on them.
