Great product - unfriendly company
I actually love this product, but my recent experience with customer service at Love Wellness was so bad I’m looking elsewhere. There is a lot more competition than when these first came out. Don’t contact this company unless you want extremely defensive and condescending replies that are not at all helpful. Totally the opposite of what I expected for the way they market themselves. What woman wants someone to mansplain how they just don’t know how to use their crappy website?

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I did not particularly care for these wipes, and I would return them except that I’ve used a few and gave one packet away. They say that they are fragrance free, but they are not, and I didn’t particularly care for the smell
