Please don't buy this shovel. If you have, return it.This is the WORST designed shovel that I have ever used!1) The metal blade does NOT cut through anything.2) The metal blade has been bolted to the top and bottom of the shovel head, which then results in creating resistance! You will have to push twice as hard to use this shovel.3) Your shoulder sockets will get sore within minutes of using this shovel.4) This shovel head is too small.5) The ergonomic design provides NO back support.UTTER PIECE OF CRAP!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This is the tallest shovel sold online or locally. I am tall and it is such an improvement over my other one. This shovel is on the right in the photos and has the yellow handle. It isn’t the lightest shovel but isn’t too heavy either. The blade on it isn’t sharp so I don’t have to worry about my wood deck. However, it is perfect for getting under ice. It came in pieces and I had a hard time getting the pole into the shovel end and had to use a mallet, but I’m not super strong either. The instructions weren’t good so knowing which pole went on which pole took looking at the product pictures on Amazon. But there aren’t many pieces so it wasn’t hard and well worth it. I’d buy this again.

Goes together easily. For those saying the holes don’t lineup you have to take that small black spacer out of the bottom bar end, I think that’s just packing material to hold the bar shape. If you pull out that piece the holes like up perfectly.Shovel works great on driveway with fresh snow, didn’t let it freeze as that’s always harder. Mad much easier to use then a basic shovel, love the ergonomic design. Was perfect for my height of 5’11” with no bending over like a straight shovel.My only issue is the placement of the wingnuts on the handle. The one closest to top is in an annoying position as it’s where I would normally place my other hand. If that were moved or had a design without it protruding it would be perfect. Still for what it cost I’m happy and would buy again.

We live in Missouri and Just experienced the first snow fall since ordering it 32 days ago. It broke the first use while shoveling snow. Plain snow. No rocks or anything. Just broke off. Would have loved to have loved it but no. Now we need to order a new one and sadly can’t return it due to it being 2 days out of the window. Don’t recommend purchasing it.It was only like 7 inches of snow and I just wanted to clean off my driveway

I was confused by reviews saying it's very easy to assemble after struggling for fifteen minutes...But I figured it out at the end. Here are some tips for those who are having issues:-There are three screws in the bag, one long and two short. The long screw is for the connection between the handle and the shovel. Don't mix it up.-Make sure you align the holes properly or the screws won't go in. I couldn't align the holes linking the handle and the shovel, so I ended up tossing out the black plastic cap part at the bottom of the handle, then everything aligned perfectly.-As illustrated roughly in the manual, the screw goes in from the square hole, and once it's through, cap it with the wing nut from the round hole in the back. Spin the wing nut to tighten it.It would've been 5 stars if I didn't have to figure it all out by myself.

This shovel is my go-to for winter snow removal—super efficient, easy to use, and I’ll definitely repurchase!
