We use this in an office setting, and it does well to secure our incoming mail. It did not come with the key, but we requested the key, and they sent the key. The key is nice to have, since multiple individuals in my office have access to the code, and one of them may accidently change the code (and forget it). So the key provides us the insurance that we are never locked out of the mailbox. This mailbox is a good value, and we recommend it.

Didn't come with key, (key is only for code retrieval) However contacted customer service and got a fast response, was informed key didn't actually unlock door. I explained to them I still wanted a key, I was then offered a partial refund for inconvenience, but insisted I'd rather just have the key. They responded with tracking number and received the key about a week later. I'm extremely satisfied with the prompt responses, product, and how the issue was solved by receiving the key for code retrieval. I do recommend this product. I would buy again if the need for another secure box is needed, just note that it doesn't come with a key, and the key doesn't actually unlock door, it's simply a tool to retrieve a forgotten code.

We set the password and multiple people did several practice rounds before installing. No issues. Once installed, it completely stopped working. No, we didn't lose or forget our password. It was saved in a secure place and like I said, we did a bunch of practice rounds and it worked. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a "password recovery key" (odd that it doesn't just come with it) but I explained many times that it's not a password issue. We know the password as it was successful for all of those practice rounds. Got the key, decided to try it anyway since they weren't offering me any other solutions, and it BROKE off in half. SO so frustrated so at this point, I requested a refund but they didn't acknowledge my request and instead just sent me another message telling me to use the key to recover my password (which was never the problem) and told me to make sure I saved my password (again, never the problem). So instead we have had to drill the lock out to access our packages inside. Highly recommend not buying this drop box!! Very poor construction and customer service it probably a bot.

Not very sturdy and lock mechanism has a key slot but no keys are included. The seller says there is no key supplied since it has a combination and “to safeguard your password “. When I asked seller what to do if combination malfunctions or breaks I received no response. I would have given a 4 star review if they actually resolved the lock issue but they’ve gone silent.

No doubt about its use, super easy to handle, even the delivery drivers have thank me for this purchase. Super handy

The combination only lock does not work. There is no key. My postman turned the combination knob in reverse and stripped the latch. But we could not get it to lock before that happened. It sits on my curb unlocked. Seller was no help. Very nice box, dry in the heaviest rain. But if securing your mail is your goal, do not buy this box.

Easy to put together. Definitely have to read the instructions to set the lock properly. After our mailmen and delivery drivers learned how to use it, it’s been perfect for mail and packages on a busy road!
