Some vitamins need helper!
How can you go wrong with taking a gummy vitamin that’s needed to help another vitamin do to its job. Getting 2 helpers in one gummy is win for me. As a vitamin I can’t yell out it’s helped me but at my age I have had few medical problems and feel this one is reliable and is preventing problems occurring.

Delicious!
I don’t know if they worked, but they’re delicious! Didn’t notice any weird side effects while taking them.

Just what the doctor ordered
These gummy vitamins taste fine, not medicinal at all. They are easy to chew and swallow. They are not too big in size that they are hard to chew or takes forever to chew them down before you can swallow. I will have to post again later on whether or not they’re high quality and effective, since I haven’t been taking them long enough. I’ll be back in three months to update this review.

What You Need in a Gummy that Looks Like a Heart Shaped Sea Shell
For a while now, I have been aware of the benefits of Vitamin K2 Menaquinone-7 (MK-7), however, finding a preparation that was not filled with vanity ingredients proved challenging. Joywǐǐt manufactures a delicious gummy with a great flavor at a GMP certified facility. Finally, I had found a formulation of K2 MK7 without any vanity ingredients, artificial sweeteners, particularly, no erythritol which has been linked to blood clot formation, and I could not be happier with the product. So, why take K2 MK-7? First and foremost because arterial calcification is a problem on its own as well as because of the effect all that calcium has on collagen cross linking. If you want your arteries to become rigid pipes, a deficiency of K2 MK-7 will do it. To exert its effect, vitamin K2 MK-7 carboxylates (means that it adds a carbon atom with two oxygen atoms attached and a negative charge that is distributed over the would be double bonds between the oxygen atoms and the carbon) Matrix GLA Protein which is a potent inhibitor of vascular calcification. While the exact mechanism of carboxylation remains unknown, the carboxylated enzyme binds calcium ions and prevents them from being incorporated into growing hydroxyapatite crystals. Supplementation has been demonstrated in a randomized controlled trial to significantly decrease arterial stiffness, particularly, in women who already had high arterial stiffness in the first place. The presence of the activated GLA Proteins --there are more than just MGP-- binds calcium ions in different places such that only appropriate cross linking is found. A deficiency of K2 MK-7 leads to progressively increased cross linking of collagen that is dependent on calcium in the sense of activation but entirely independent as a pathological entity from arterial calcification. The thing is that you do need hydroxyapatite crystals, just, not in your arteries. A deficiency of K2 MK-7, because the vitamin acts on the teeth in multiple ways, Leads to poor dental health. The activation of osteocalcin is a hormone that was first identified because it has GLA domains and binds calcium is necessary to regulate calcium deposition in dental structures and, here, in the presence of activated osteocalcin, calcium, in the form of hydroxyapatite crystals, is deposited in the right place. K2 MK-7 supplementation also enhances the differentiation of dental pulp stem cells into mineralized tissues. In the dental matrix, K2 MK-7 promotes proper mineralization of dentin. K2 MK-7 also helps maintain the health of the periodontal ligament by keeping it from becoming calcified and more susceptible to damage. It also maintains the proper integration of the ligament with alveolar bone in the jaw which is critical for dental health. There is more to oral health and K2 MK-7. Suffice it to say that it is likely that this is the first place where a deficiency would be noted. Moreover, obviously check with your physician, K2 MK-7, at common dosages in the literature has been shown to not promote blood clots which is very important because people on anticoagulants have been told to worry about vitamin K because this was an important factor in the manner Coumadin works. It would seem that this was before the existence of different vitamin Ks was widely known.Osteocalcin, when activated, also acts on osteoclasts and osteoblasts (respectively, the cells that break down bone and the cells that make new bone which, ironically, need contact with osteoclasts to become activated) to promote the proper deposition of calcium in the bones. Bone is constantly being remodeled and adapted to new circumstances and the formation of the proper structures within the bone, not just random mineralization, help maintain the strength and density of bone.Vitamin K2 MK-7, by regulating Nuclear Factor Kappa B (NF-kB) exerts a systemic anti-inflammatory effect. Through this anti-inflammatory effect, K2 MK-7 acts to reduce the deposition of calcium due to chronic inflammation. Vitamin K2 MK-7 also attenuates the expression of pro inflammatory cytokines in all sorts of tissues, particularly, as I hope it is understood, vascular and periodontal tissues. The optimal dose and the timing of the dose are still questions of active investigation. However, since the dose might need to be adjusted as knowledge advances, a preparation that is free of vanity ingredients or excessive doses of any other vitamin --doesn't it seem that almost anything has a huge dose of B-6?-- to create chaos and confusion. Joywǐǐt makes a product that is what it claims to be, 100 micrograms of vitamin K2 MK-7 and who would not enjoy a few gummies in the morning as a reward for taking good care of their health?Pumping blood through pipes is hard work for your heart because those pipes, and the muscle around them, help pump the blood through the system. Blood is not a liquid, the math is very complex but rheology, not fluid dynamics, governs the flow of this non-newtonian fluid --the terminology is really weird and old-- since the problem can be arrested and maybe even reversed, speak to your physician --I am not one-- about K2 MK-7 and about supplementing it because supplementing vitamin K2 MK-7 might be right for you, however, in the small window of time that you have with your physician, he or she might not have thought about it. In fact, for quite a few, this simply did not exist in the "known universe" of the knowledge that was being imparted. As I said earlier, this is still very much an area of active research. Much has become known since a large cohort of physicians went to medical school and it really wasn't that long ago that all there was, as far as anticoagulants was Coumadin and that, in a sense, reinforced the idea of one vitamin K and a single function as a pro coagulation factor. When you are ready, I use it and I recommend the K2 MK-7 supplement produced by Joywǐǐt. I only wish I had learned about this decades ago.

Average for a K2 gummie
K2 is very good for you, and works especially well when pairs with D3. This supplement does not contain D3 which is good if you are taking it another way, but not if you aren’t taking any D3. So while in general I give extra points for vitamins not having a lot of different ingredients, in this case, I won’t.You get the daily minimum from 2 gummies, and I don’t see why they don’t have the minimum in 1 gummy. Unless you think people want to take more because it’s like candy. Which with 3 grams of added sugar, these are. They are average in price, average in contents, so average.

Good quality and taste.
Good taste. Soft and chewy. Good quality and packaging. Are a little sticky in the bottle, so difficult to get out sometimes. K2 is a good vitamin for heart and circulation, and this is an easy way to get more into your system. I like gummies because they taste good and I don't have to drink lots of water to wash them down. I'll keep getting these in the future.

Tastes Good
These gummies taste okay and are easy to chew but I have tasted better chewable vitamins before. I'm not sure how effective they are but overall they aren't bad.
