I converted from Zero Water after I read some unsettling news about microplastics in their filtered water. Clearly Filtered was a bit more expensive, but worth every single penny. The water is so fresh and pure tasting I can’t believe it took me this long to convert!The filter (after prepping it) is pretty fast considering how much junk this thing takes out of my tap water. About 1/2 hr to fill the pitcher with filtered water. The only issue I’ve had with the pitcher is if it’s too full (the water waiting to be filtered in the basin) it will leak out from the lid if you try to pour it. I now keep the basin half-full to avoid this. I also wish that the pitcher was fully closed over the spout. I keep the pitcher on my counter and I worry about an occasional bug making its way in. That’s a minor issue, for sure though.I highly recommend getting yourself this top notch water filter!

The filter pitcher works very well. It works quickly. When I fill it up, it takes about 30 minutes for the water to filter through. There is no taste, no smell and when you put a full glass of water up to the light, you do not see any floaty things in the water like you do with tapwater. It is very convenient. I usually fill it up in the morning or at night before I go to bed. For one person, I do go through the whole amount of water usually by the end of the day. I did have some trouble when it originally arrived and I was putting it together. While following the directions, I screwed the filter on and filled up the container with water. The water was overflowing the filter, the washer was not working. I called the company, and the gentleman from customer service was very patient and we realized the washer had been installed upside down. He had me turn it over, screw it back on and fill it up with water. It worked perfectly. I was very grateful for that gentleman who answered the phone. I love this water filter system. The one drawback is if you’re going to buy this for family use it is not a large amount of water. You’d probably fill it up several times a day. Being single I can get away with filling it up once a day and going through it by the end of the day. If you had the room in your refrigerator, you could buy two if you were going to use the system for a family.

Wanted to love this product. We actually have three of them. We purchased one directly from the company and the other two from Amazon. Unfortunately, this purchase through Amazon came with a defective filter. When contacting the company through Amazon we received no response so decided to dispose of the filter. A few weeks later, we received a box directly from the company with a priming bag in it but no note or explanation on what this bag was for. We have several of these priming bags from previous purchases so I wasn't sure why they were sending another one. I decided to call the company directly to inquire about this random shipment. I was told by a customer service representative that the bag sent was a new bag style and it might work on the filter. I explained to her that I did not see a response from them so disposed of the filter in question weeks prior. Regardless, she informed me the company offers no warranty or replacements on their products which is concerning with the pricing of their products. The water taste great, but if you get a faulty filter you're out $50.

We camp in a variety of campgrounds and the water quality varies quite a bit. Sometimes the water is off color. I’m so thankful to have this pitcher because the water is crystal clear after filtering. The water also tastes great! I love water. It’s my favorite beverage and I drink a lot of water. Having this pitcher assures me that I’m drinking safe water. The redesign of this pitcher is a great improvement. I had/have the older version but inadvertently broke it. It still functions, but the new version is sooo much better.

This works well and makes probably produces the PUREST filtered but is more expensive than the competition. The Brita filter has a much friendlier design top for filling and pouring - combine the two and it would be the best filter pitcher made. This was a gift for my niece, and I got to use it while we were visiting for a week. I had used the Brita at a rental house the week before. I have a PUR filter at home. The PUR and the Brita are much less expensive and produce very pure water, if not quite as pure as this one so I would recommend them over this one unless you had to have the highest purity available in a filtered pitcher.
