This additive is necessary if you use a chilli pad - which is the greatest invention of modern history. I’m not kidding. I sleep very warm in my bed gets hot without my chili pad. Because it is water-based you will need some sort of cleansing agent to keep it clean. Otherwise you can bet fungus and other garbage will get into your water system. A half bottle of this will keep it clean for at least a month or longer. The manufacturer used to make similar packets but they were like $10 each that’s $10 per treatment so you’re basically paying $120 a year. These are very small bottles, but they work well for my chiller mattress. I'd buy them again.

It’s been about half a year now of checking and finally there is a product that is exactly what it needed to be! This is identical make up from the original, and so buy this and worry no longer!

I hope it works. It’s less expensive than the chili pads. I haven’t had any problem in two years.

Shortly after using this product my $2000 chill pad for my dock pro started leaking. It was 13 months old and only in use for 8 months. Not under warranty. Can’t be repaired. Do I know if it is related? No. Would I chance it again to save a few bucks? No

My chili pad is running better after I use half a bottle about every 6 weeks.

I bought this cleaner to maintain my Chili Sleep System, which I use every night. The cleaner is easy to use and does a good job of removing any dirt or residue from the tubes and pads. It also has a pleasant smell and does not irritate my skin. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is a bit pricey for the amount of product you get. Each bottle only lasts for 6 uses, and you have to use it every 2 months according to the instructions. I wish they would make a larger or more concentrated version of this cleaner, so I could save some money and reduce waste. Overall, I would recommend this cleaner to anyone who owns a Chili Sleep System or a Dock Pro Sleep System. It is an essential product to keep your device clean and functioning properly.
