I love this! I was heavily influenced from tiktok and lists of "surprising items you can get with fsa hsa" lists.I'm so glad I got this.I wfh on a computer all day, so i frequently had headaches and my eyes would be tired or strained.I got this to try to relieve some of that eye pressure and the first day using it was a little strange to get used to so it wasn't ultra relaxing, but the pressure and warmth on my eyes did feel nice. The next day for work i did feel fresher and didn't have a headache in the morning.Now I've owned it for a few weeks and use it every other day or so, usually at night and occasionally on my lunch break as a midday reset. I use it on the high heat setting because I don't feel the lower amount is enough, so just a heads up you may feel the same, but if more is needed we're already at the top level of heat.I appreciate the voice recognition so I dont have to fumble with the buttons.I haven't attached it to my personal music or tried any sounds, I wasn't too concerned with that feature when purchasing so I've yet to try it and hopefully it's an additional star on top of what I already feel.I will say that the noise of operation is loud, so I dont think you can sleep next to someone with this on, and it only became whitenoise-ish to me after several uses. I wish it were quieter so it could be more relaxing.Tip : if you're into skincare I've been doing my eye masks and serums and then putting this on wih high heat to do a mini eye treatment and I see some visible results as well as feel better afterwards, so give that a try!

This eye massager has truly been a game changer for my nightly wind-down routine. It’s incredibly soothing and helps me relax after a long day — I look forward to using it every night! The heat and massage functions are just right, and the overall design is comfortable and easy to use.The only small improvement I’d suggest is with the voice control feature — it’s not always responsive, and I sometimes have to repeat commands. It would also be really helpful if a voice command guide was included in the box to make it easier to know what commands are available.Even with that minor issue, I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a little extra relaxation in their life!

*UPDATE* after I wrote my review a customer service rep reached out to me. She apologized for the lack of good customer service and offered to send a new one as well as take the defective one back. The new unit works just as I was hoping it would proving the original unit was faulty. I’m still a bit disappointed that it had to take a negative review for them to step up and actually provide customer service. Sadly I guess that’s the way the world works lately.All that to say the new unit did work well and I’ve used it multiple times now to test it out and make sure it kept up with its function.***I’m super disappointed in this product. Mine has a defect where the left eye pops when it deflates and it feels like you’re being flicked in the eye. I’ve owned an older version of their eye mask which did not do this and worked great the reason I gifted it away to a friend was because the only thing it lacked was memory function which this upgraded version has so that’s why I decided to buy it. I’m now regretting that decision. I reached out to customer service about this issue first and they wanted a video, which by the way is hard to capture given it’s an air pressure malfunction. I sent it anyways and actually was able to capture the issue and the very audible noise it makes while doing it. All customer service had to say was that it worked fine. So on top of a bad product their customer service is awful as well. I’m very surprised considering I’m spent plenty of money with them and own many of their products I figured if I reached out about a very obvious issue they’d show me respect but that wasn’t my experience unfortunately. I’ll be returning this product and looking at buying from another brand.

This is one of those products that once you start using it, you wonder how you ever lived without it. Just a word of advice - you have to hold down the start button for a few seconds before it starts up. I thought at first I got a defective device because I kept pressing the power button and nothing happened. So, just press and hold the power button for a few seconds and you won't have a problem. The massaging action is very relaxing, especially with the heat option. I found the bird sound option very pleasant. This would also make a great gift. Overall 10/10!

I like the idea of this product, and I certainly hope that other models work better. This model has a design flaw and I would discourage purchase of it. About 2 minutes into the default massage cycle, it sounds like it is losing air pressure. Out of the 3 pairs of goggles I have tried, all 3 had the same issue - one even felt like it was tapping my eye as the pressure failed. I exchanged the first one hoping it was a singular unit failure. When the second one did the same thing I contacted Renpho directly and while apologetic, said they could only send me a new one, not exchange for a new model. If you have issues, just go through Amazon because now my window of time for a refund is closed.
