This is one heck of a heavy duty kit. We're well pleased with it. The instructions are clear and are in pictures. We found no mistakes in the instructions, which is a huge plus. Heck, that it came with instructions at all is a huge plus! Our electronic gate opener kit weighed 70 lbs and has not one single piece of paper with it!This sliding gate kit has separately bagged pieces in a cardboard easy open / close box. Having it neatly and properly packaged by the manufacturer is a huge plus. It's nice that it's not just thrown willy nilly into a bag like so many other things.At $60, this kit is a fair price and is actually a bit less expensive on Amazon than a similar one in a local big box home store.

This kit is very high quality, but installation was a bit confusing. Once I was able to figure out how to install it, it works very nicely and looks great too!I installed the kit on a wood gate (exactly what you'd find on a front or back deck but customized for indoors) that stylishly separates my kitchen from the rest of the house to protect my son. The gate glides easily and is very quiet - and works perfect for my use.In the end, the high quality of the parts and the well-designed glide make it a kit I'd definitely recommend.🙂

This product is great for making a gate, easy ish to put together, the instructions are in a mix of English and horribly translated Chinese to English. For the money you would expect to receive all of the parts required to assemble the gate you are looking to build, however that wasn’t the case. When I opened the box there were about 4-5 pieces missing. Overall if you want about 80% of the part required to build a gate this is the product for you. If you want 100% of the parts look somewhere else.

The components seem pretty heavy duty. There are detailed instructions provided. This kit will require extra materials and a bit of planning. This is probably best for the intermediate DIYer or an experienced carpenter. Power tools are recommended! This ended up being a bigger project then I initially expected but when it's done it should look great. I took a photo of the planning stage with the pieces laid out on top of the instructions. I'm planning half a day to finish this when the other materials arrive.

This came with all the parts. It was easy to use. The hardware seems like it is made well. It has held up well and looks good.

This is a very high-quality sliding gate hardware kit; it is well made and looks great. I honestly didn't know there was such a kit until I needed it. I had an opening that I needed a gate on it but could not swing in that particular place. This was an awesome find. It was so easy to install with clear instructions my husband was able to follow without issues. The finished product is a very smooth rolling gate that takes up no extra space.

This is a real nice sliding gate kit. The hardware is nice & heavy, seems to have been machined quite well. Very solid construction & the finish well-done.Once I finalized what size I needed, getting it all together wasn’t nearly as difficult as I had expected it to be. I credit the thorough & well-illustrated instructions that were included. I pre-drilled all of the holes & the included screws went in perfectly well.The wheels work good, but they’re a hard plastic. Wish they were more rubbery instead, but I suppose these would require less maintenance.The finished product is a rolling dog gate on our front porch & it’s working out really well & looks great. All in all, this is a nice little kit that made making a gate less of a chore & turned out being easier to use than anything I would’ve scrounged up on my own.
