Directions Basic Cooking Directions Boil 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Boil 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender. Drain pasta into a colander. Return to saucepan. Measure ¼ cup lowfat milk into measuring cup, add cheese and stir until smooth. Add cheese sauce to pasta, stir well and enjoy! Variations For a richer and creamier flavor add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and stir in with the milk and cheese packet.
