Guys this books is great. I can't express how it helped me. And I'm not even an introvert. I am an extrovert who likes to live well. But this book made me understand the path to take forward and be my full self and keep growing!!! This is just the beginning to living my best life. I can live my best life every day!! And who is going to stop me?? No one!!! Love the book. A must read for all women!!! No matter where you are at in life!!! I will gift this to friends!

The content of the book is great but can’t say the same for the condition the book arrived in. The corners of the hardcover were smashed in and that beautifully illustrated cover was smudged with dirt in places. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of returns or replacement only to get another in a similar or worse condition so decided to keep the book — cause the book is all heart and fire and I couldn’t just let it go because of a little damaged cover.

I want to moisturise and shampoo my hair and body within book so it fully absorbs! You took all my hidden thoughts and fears and gave it back to me as a beautiful piece of art and motivation! This book has changed my outlook and has made me brave enough to take the next steps in my delicious life! Thank you Florence Given- May you never stop practicing your magic!! 🌟🧚🏼‍♀️🩷👑🧘🏽‍♀️🌷🫧

Loved it! Florence’s free, flowing, gushing style of writing communicates her message perfectly and left me almost in tears several times. A beautiful inspiring book.

I purchased one copy with the intent of reading and gifting it to a friend, but I don't think I'll be able to part with it, and I have decided to simply buy enough copies to give to all my female friends! I love Florence Given! She is the perfect mentor to every girl and woman. I wish I had someone like her to look up to when I was younger. The book is amazing! The illustrations inside are spectacular and make it really eye catching. The whole book just grabs your attention. I’m not going to review the content of the text, just know that you HAVE TO get the book. It will change your perception and give you a sense of belonging and self affirming confidence.

Ho aspettato tanto prima di scrivere una recensione. A volte ci sono quei libri che ti capitano tra le mani nel momento migliore, più adatto, che non sapevi averne il bisogno e invece ti cambiano la vita. Ho letto tanti manuali, libri, autobiografie di "self-help" diciamo così, ma mai nessuno è stato come questo libro. Inizia con una discussione aperta, sincera e onesta sul femminismo e la condizione femminile (scordatevi le prese di posizione concettuali di ahimè tante femministe che si reputano tali al giorno d'oggi) e poi si apre piano piano nel racconto e nella rinascita vissuta in prima persona dall'autrice. La differenza con gli altri autori sta tutta lì, nell'aver condiviso le fasi e i momenti più dolorosi, quando non ci vuole e non si ha la forza di alzarsi dal letto, di fare un primo passo, di quando la mente va con l'autopilota spiegato. E fornendo una personale, colorata, autentica e schietta ricetta di vita "deliciously", Florence ci insegna pagina dopo pagina a riscoprire il senso dell'umanità, di essere umani nel mondo che non è altro che persone: persone indipendentemente dal sesso, uomini, donne, siamo noi. Non è mai troppo tardi per riscoprirsi e ritrovarsi. Perchè la vera potenza è dentro ognuno di noi.
