I’ve tried a lot of pre-workouts, and GHOST Legend Welch’s Grape is easily one of my favorites. The flavor is spot on—it actually tastes like real Welch’s grape juice, not that fake medicine grape taste. Energy is smooth and clean with no jitters or crash. I feel focused, motivated, and get a great pump without feeling overloaded. Mixes well and doesn’t upset my stomach, even when taken on an empty stomach. Perfect for gym sessions, cardio, or heavy lifting days. Definitely recommend if you want a great-tasting, effective pre-workout without insane stimulants.

We are all trying this brands orange dream flavor and love it. We tried a more expensive pre-workout powder from transparency labs but it tasted horrible, we greatly prefer the flavor of this product along with its caffeine kick to unleash beast workouts. No jitters or anxiety was noticed from using this wonderful product just noticed it gives a great pump!

Great flavor and excellent quality kick when needed. I’ll be trying out their other flavors. Ghost is a great quality brand overall!

I love Ghost energy drinks. Figured for the price I’d give their pre workout a shot. I have mixed results. The taste is definitely great I just have had some mild stim feeling and also not so much of a response to this. I may be slightly off or just used to very strong PWs. I usually scoop 80-90% of a full scoop. I’ll try to go just over a full scoop and see if there’s a stronger response. The first time I tried it I felt a little kick. But after using for almost a week I’m not feeling it as much. I will update my review. It’s a great buy for how expensive PWs are getting. But if you’re adjusted to stim style products this might be a little lighter for you at 1 scoop.

I’ve been using this consistently and always come back to it. The energy feels clean and steady without the crash. It gives me the boost I need for strength training without feeling jittery. Definitely a staple in my routine.

It wasn't too much to the point where I was shaking but enough that half a scoop was the perfect amount. If you are trying it for the first time, I would recommend half a scoop too. Make sure to drink lots of water while using this because it does dehydrate you. I mixed mine with blue gatorade and it was really good. Remember drink water! If you don't, you will experience a really bad crash after.

I'm giving this pre workout a 5 star review because it lived up to the hype. The focus and tingling was off the chart! However it left me anxious and really messed up my sleep for a few days It's the RIGHT preworkout and does what it says, it's just not the right preworkout for me

Tastes delicious just like Welch’s grape juice. Face gets a little itchy the first use but not after that. Very happy with it.
