A great piece of equipment that allows you to do a wide range of exercises and is easy to use. The instructions for the exercises weren't clear for me but research helped me greatly. I would highly recommend saving up to get this.

Aun qué el producto ve sé buena calidad y versátil tiene falsa información sé publicidad en la caja, ya que dice que se puede descargar video para usarlo mejor y el código te manda a Amazon.. será un poco difícil para aprender a sacarle todo el provecho.
