Works great! Just follow up manual. Choose the right angle and be patient. Regularly put water on sharpening stone. I sharpened all my hard-tempered kitchen knives made by “J. A. HENCKELS INTERNATIONAL SPAIN” and “Legacy Forged by Chicago cutlery” to razor blade. Now they cut anything by knife weight only when I hold them on handle edge, without any pressure. I am really impressed!

Its a sub $50 clone of a $300 plus sharpener. Ypu get what you pay for. It works well though and will give a nice edge to most any blade

I have used a number of sharpening devices and this is the best. It allows honing a blade at a constant angle and this makes a huge difference. Resharpening is much quicker, you can see the effect of the stone on the edge of the blade, it becomes shiny, and the device is easy to use and clean.

I wanted the fool proof knife sharpening system , but after going through 4 or 5 kitchen knives csme to the conclusion that i wasn't doing so bad prior to owning this product. I can do just as good of a job on a few sharpening stones, foung it the old fashioned way
