Nice product, very slow speed

It's all wrong information. It cranks down the speed to USB 2.0. Totally misleading. Check the speedtest results I have done using winsat disk -drive <LETTER> command on an external SSD. and attached the pcs of the setup using the smae port 1st with the OTG as my SSD has two way USB- type C 2nd with an authentic USB type C male on one end and TYPE-A male on the other 3rd with the native cable in my thunderbolt port All screenshots attached...
