So much fun! We bought this for our family Christmas, and we were up all night singing our hearts out. I have a Spotify membership, so I just signed in and linked it up. It is great quality, and super loud! Easy to use, portable, and it’s a great addition to your entertainment! It is a great value for the money.

Great fun for the whole family! Everyone has been enjoying this system and it has great sound and easy to use…even my youngest can pick out exactly what she wants without help.

The Singing Machine Platinum Plus is excellent! It was easy to set up and connect to your internet. We took advantage of the 3 month subscription with 3 months free for $24.99. It has a bunch of songs and sorted by artist, music type and by music decades. The sound is outstanding from the speakers and you have the option to eliminate the original vocals if you want to sing by yourself...but we found it was nice to sing with the original...just to refresh your memory of the song. I have Amazon Prime music and connected easily but I haven't figured out how to have the lyrics show on the screen. Not sure if it is possible but we are very satisfied with the subscription from Stingray. We have a family member who also has the Singing Machine and they have Spotify. They get the lyrics on the screen so I'm not sure why I couldn't get them on Amazon Music. All considered...Very happy with this Karaoke Singing Machine and highly recommend giving 5 Stars!

Nice and everything except one of the microphone did not work, switched batteries and still not working. Would be nice to have two working mics

My Teenage grandchildren are thrilled about it. We saw it at Thanksgiving at their cousins and are very happy about it. It was a very loud and entertaining Christmas day, lol!

Only video will connect to tv! Sounds will not play through a receiver

They LOVE this karaoke machine it’s fun for all ages my 13 year old son plays with it loves to play music and sing and my 5 year old wich is whom I bought it for :)

Love this machine. Touch screen works great, both easy to use and is really fast (has wifi option but mine is hard wired via hdmi to my a/v receiver). Box stores sell the black "premium" model for less but this model (platinum plus) has better touch screen functionality/features and feel it's woth the extra cost. Plus I prefer the appearance of the white platunum model to the all black premiun model. Also the platinum plus has battery (2 AA) mics which I prefer over the premium box store model that has rechargeable mics (which never seem to last long before dying, whereas using duracell or energizer they seem to last forever). Sound quality is pretty good. Don't really need the flashy LED lights I just turn them off. Works great with You Tube or Spotify or you can also sucscribe to their Stingray app (I mostly just use You Tube). The video quality /definition is great both on the machine and via my a/v receiver to a 98" screen with no pixelation Overall great purchase. Lots of positive comments from friends wanting to know the model and where I got it.
