This was easy to set up. I love how I can program the scents, I tensity and time at which to diffusé. It prevents wasting the nice scents when nobody is home. The variety of scents is awesome.

Sent me a used product, the package was previously opened. Missing parts (fragrances) and the instructions were ripped and all bent up!!!
