This i thought would be larger. On arrival i was shocked how small this actually is. It's ok for shaking bottles but mixing a larger quantity is quite painful. It's too small to be useful in a lot of cases for me and at £34 just seems hugely overpriced.

This is a good paint shaker which I have found to be ideal for mixing the various types of specialist paints used for the painting of air-fix models. Using this paint shaker, the paint is mixed perfectly in only 10 to 12 seconds. Paint settles when not used for any length of time and I found this paint shaker to do the job better than stirring with a thin stick. The fact it runs powered from mains electricity means no waiting time to recharge the batteries.My only complaint, the lead and plug are of the European 2 pin type, so a shavers adapter plug or something similar is required to use the paint shaker. The shaker requires the user to press and hold the pot of paint onto the shakers rubber top for the shaker to work. There are a number of suction type feet on the bottom of the shaker to help stabilise the body when in use. Overall, good, but not perfect.
