Not quite sure it is the real Kraft article, but it is ok, so kept it.

I wanted to stretch my watercolour paper so wanted some water activated tape. This is not that - it is a thick masking tape. Fine if that is what you need but not what I bought it for so the title is misleading.

Good sticky craft tape with a multitude of uses! Good value!

the language in this advert is not very good i thought i was buying a gummed watercolour tape that you water activate and then stick around a watercolour paper. but its a very strong useful tape it is very similar to masking tape but it actually stays on things and has a waxed coating. when using for watercolours it actually starts to peel up after being wet for a while so i am not sure what the water activated in the advert means. on the first try i used as is and it actually pulled off some of the paper where it is strong so on the second use i made less sticky and then that is when it peeled up at the end..i think this tape is fine for less wet watercolours, i think i will be getting different tape but i have used this tape for many other things in my general craft making i have found it especially useful in journal making. so i will be buying more for other uses. also even though it did lift up some of the watercolour paper i have found in other uses that i can lift it up carefully and re-apply it like washi tape but this tape actually works.

I waited a month for this to arrive for it to then not stick as described below on other reviews. It is not water activated and does not stick with water. Water makes it ripple and eventually peel off.

Für selbst gemachte Bilder-Rahmungen, was ich laufend mache, ist dieses Kraftpapier ideal. Nach so etwas habe ich lange gesucht. Es ist natürlich nicht das Gleiche, aber es ähnelt in Farbe und Konsistenz weitgehend den in der Regel hellbraunen Leimverklebungsbändern, die professionelle Bilderrahmer auf der Rückseite eines Bildes oder Gemäldes verwenden. Man kann das Produkt guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Ich hatte dieses Klebeband für das abdichtende Abkleben von Bilderrückseiten vorgesehen. Meine Eindrücke: Aus der Beschreibung hatte ich entnommen, dass dieses Klebeband mit Wasser befeuchtet werden muss. Das ist aber nicht der Fall: Es ist selbstklebend. Allerdings hält dieser Kleber nicht besonders gut, und ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ein andauernder Schutz der Bildrückseite gegeben ist. Außerdem war ich etwas enttäuscht, als ich das Klebeband bekam, da das Bild im Angebot den Eindruck erweckt, das Band sei breiter als es tatsächlich ist.

Ich nutze dieses Kraftpapier zum gestalten von Leinwänden und bin total begeistert. Würde ich immer wieder nachkaufen.

Habe ich meine Aquarelle abgedichtet, sehr einfach geht es, bin sehr zufrieden!
