This meter worked well and did what it was supposed to do. It provided accurate readings for my hydroponic setup and helped me keep my nutrient levels where they needed to be. I did find it a little confusing to use at first, but that could just be me. Once I figured it out, it performed reliably. Overall, it’s a good tool, just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve in the beginning.

Excellent meter. Read the directions though and follow them! My hydroponically grown plants have really benefited from regular use of meter.

The meter itself works very well for the money - it reads the pH quickly, and it is accurate enough for hobby hydroponic purposes. It has one major flaw: when calibrating, you *must* calibrate to 7.0pH first, then 4.0, then 10.0. If you don't follow this pattern exactly (as I didn't) you risk screwing up the calibration permanently. 4/5 stars. The customer service is exceptional. Though their email is hard to find (I could only find it on the user manual) they are very receptive! I messaged asking if there was any way to fix the meter after miscalibration, and they sent me a new electrode immediately. When they followed up and I told them the new electrode hadn't fixed the problem, they then sent me a whole new pH meter! 5/5 stars.

Instruction manual isn't the easiest to follow but once you get the hang of it, it works pretty good!

The meter is easy to use and calibrate, comes with all the calibration liquids. The tip of the meter has a little foam block to keep your probe moist. So far it has held true to readings which makes it a decent deal considering it does the same thing my Hanna does and faster.

Worked for a little less than 3 months. PH read at .8 way lower than usual. Used PH drops and readings were around 5. Tried to calibrate to no avail. Tried to troubleshoot but couldn’t get the thing to work. A probe costs $20. For around $10 dollars you can get a whole new one. Not worth it. Buying a different brand.

I got my Aerogarden water messed up by using too much feeder and leaves started turning brown. I wanted to check the pH and electrolyte levels to see if it was repairable. The problem is I couldn't find anything about what the levels should be. All the articles are for much bigger hydroponic gardens. I finally just changed the water and started over with the feeding schedule. This meter is pretty easy to use and comes with calibration fluids so accuracy can be checked. It is easy to read and change settings between pH and electrolytes. It seems like good quality and gives a fast reading. I'm going to set up a Kratky system next and will use the meter more often.

This PH/EC meter has been a great tool for my water PH in my plant growing experience. I purchased this along with the 7.00 4.00 10.01 and the storage solution package. Using both of these products has helped improve my plant growth by accurately giving PH and PPM/EC readings. If you do not use the PH meter a lot, I do recommend calibrating the meter before using each time. So far this meter along with the solution pack has been an amazing tool for my plants.

This thing is awesome! Cheap and works well and seems to be very accurate. I'm pleased with it!

I was have older version (green one) and was working perfectly for a long time! This one is poor quality! I have fallow instructions and with 1 measurement was probablem but I have given a go but with second gets faulty and I can't even calibrate it now. I'm disappointed with a quality.
