I purchased the DDPAI dash camera, and overall, I’m quite happy with its performance. The video quality is sharp, both during the day and at night. It’s a compact and reliable dash cam, ideal for daily use.However, after a few days of usage, I started getting a memory card error. I contacted Origin (the seller), and their response was quick and professional. They asked me to courier the unit to them for verification. After checking, they promptly replaced it with a brand-new camera.Really appreciate their smooth and supportive replacement process. Both the product and the seller’s after-sales support have been excellent. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using the DDPAI dash camera and appreciate the hardware quality, but the iOS app experience needs serious improvement.The app frequently hangs or becomes unresponsive — I have to open and close it multiple times before it finally starts working. This is especially frustrating when I need quick access to footage or settings on the go. A stable and smooth app experience is essential for a product like this.Please look into performance optimization and stability for future updates. I really like the dashcam, but the app is holding back the overall experience.

The media could not be loaded. Quality of 4K Video and Image is very poor. There is severe lens distortion and camera offers no correction. Number plates visibility is poor. Design of the Camera is flawed. Installing this on a card like Baleno, where the rear view mirror stem extends down, is very difficult. You must place this either on the right or left of the mirror. If placed left, taking the memory card out is a problem. If installed on the right, it becomes a distraction. So only option is to place this on the left below the mirror stem, which makes dashboard reflections prominent, even with a CPL! I was using the N3 before and the 2K videos from that cam were much better than the 4K videos this produces.

Not allowed to return the item, within 1 day of purchase. Firtsly, the product is falsely advertised. The 6th photo on the product page of this product is showing as this dash cam being dashboard mounted. Secondly, since, this is windscreen mounted, it's going to be a safety issue for me as I will not get the complete view of the road if I use it. Still I am not being allowed to return this item. Such unprofessional service from Amazon

The camera quality is good. But the software is quirky. You need to be near the camera range to do everything.
