Great suction power with great looks
Aeshtically pleasing with good suction power. A little bit noisy at higher speeds but does the work it is intended to.

Pls avoid Crompton Chimneys
Update on My Review: It is now 3 weeks since I raised a complaint to repair the Chimney. Crompton has a pathetic service network and they haven't solved the problem. They claim that the PCB needs to be replaced but no one has come and resolved the issue. Amazon should ban such fraudulent companies from cheating customers. Original Review Considering the brand reputation, I decided to order the Chimney even though online reviews are not so great especially with respect to service. Amazon was efficient in delivering the Chimney but it took 3 days for the brand to send the installation person. The installation went off smoothly and the demo was fine. All the features worked very well but to my shock, the Chimney stopped working the next day. While the automated lid / cover opens and closes, the motor stopped working. This is a shock as I didn't expect a new device to stop working after a day. To top it, the CG service ticket system on whatsapp doesn't even have chimneys listed. It took 30 mins to raise a ticket. They have assigned a person but he doesn't even pick up the phone. Pls don't waste your hard earned money on this useless brand.

Really silent, easy to use, has heat sensors that are not available on local models, 15 minute installation by professional people although uou will need to follow up. The glass front is amazing but needs to be treated delicately. Best suction at this price range
