I have been taking Turmeric for my joints for ages in particular my knees, I find that Turmeric supplements make a huge difference. The capsules are easy to swallow , I like the fact these have all organic ingredients and also have black pepper which increases the uptake of the curcumin which is where the good stuff is. Plus no nasties or fillers, no GMO, vegan shell etc seems like an all round good quality product from R -veda with the added bonus of supporting a UK company, also fairly priced .

The supplement comes as sixty capsules in a self seal foil lined pouch which closes well and with the recommendation of one per day the supply will last nearly two months.The amount of turmeric each capsule contains is good but, according to the advert, if you want a higher dose you can take two. They are reasonably small, easy to swallow, and leave no aftertaste.It's supported by black pepper, which I read improves absorption. I can't see any unwelcome ingredients in here either, which is a bonus.The capsule shell is made from a substance derived from fungi, which is kinda interesting! I found it has a very neutral taste.Being vegan friendly, seemingly made in the UK, and the only bulking agent being brown rice flour, I think overall it's a good option if turmeric is what you're after.

These capsules are easy to swallow and do not taste of turmeric or pepper, which is good.The pouch is resealable to keep the capsules fresh. They are easy to store.So far it is too early to report whether they have any health benefits or not.

Turmeric is an increasingly popular supplement, and there is a huge variety of capsules, tablets, powders, drinks and even gummies out there to choose from. This product is a nice, straightforward capsule form of the concentrated key ingredient curcumin and black pepper extract (the pepper makes the curcumin easier to absorb). The package gives you a two-month supply as only one capsule a day is recommended.The vegan capsules are very nice to swallow - they are smooth and quite slender, so they slip down easily. I don't detect any flavour on them, suggesting that they are very effectively sealed. For a two month supply of a very concentrated supplement, the price is very fair.

I'm happy with these turmeric and pepper supplements. They're reasonably priced, made in the UK (unlike so many of the import supplements available, are suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and the ingredients are incredible straightforward.If you're looking to take turmeric for health reasons and don't want to cook with it, I'd recommend these supplements.
