Well made. Flexible uses. Really happy with the product

The plate is well made but there is only an alignment stick hole on the right hand side so not designed for the left handed golfer. Of course it’s possible to just put the alignment stick on the floor though which I did. Apparently there are numerous drills that can be done with this product but there is no booklet showing these drills so you either already know them or surf YouTube for guidance if you need to. Comes with a bag to store the product in and the sticks look solid enough.

Does what it says on the tin, helps you understand where you're going wrong with your swing and helps you rectiify it. Sturdy piece of kit and very easy to set up for the bands . Portable, easy to use gets your arms and elbows into the correct position. Perfect for pre round warm up !

There are two sets of hole's on the angle plate but only one set of screws! When the alignment stick is in the angle plate the screws are loose and not tight enough to keep the angle with the alignment stick in place.

This is a brilliant training aid for anyone serious about improving their golf swing. The quality of the setup is great, it feels really solid and well thought out. What really impressed me though is the video walkthrough that comes with it — it’s very clear, easy to follow, and actually shows you how to get the most out of the drills. After just a few practice sessions, I can already feel a real improvement in my swing. It forces you to focus on your movement and shows exactly where you are going wrong. Definitely not just another golf gimmick — this is a genuinely useful piece of kit. Highly recommended for golfers at any level!

Disappointed as no instructions especially as a gift for a new start golfer had to search high and low on u tube to be able to pass on instructions

6 handicapper here. Struggled with my game all summer. Didn’t know where the ball was going. Bought this and used it at the range for almost 2 weeks - just shot my best round ever today! Really helped me with my swing plane. Great value, comes with a handy bag to carry to the course or range. Highly recommend!

Really good asset to golf practice, my only criticism is the box says instruction on the back but there is nothing, but let’s be frank, if you can’t work out how it works watch a golf pro practicing.
