received item, and seems like a cheap version. handle was already broken off at the welding/seam. definitely cheap steel, doubt there's any ceramic on it

I love my new granite ware roasting pan with rack, the other one I had was old and very dented and chipped. Because I’d the dents the cover didn’t seal well causing steam to escape. I like the steam in the pan while tossing my turkey. So happy with this purchase.
