The heat portion doesn't seem to work that well, but for the pice it seems to work well. I still used electrical tape to make sure they didn't pull out. After trying the heat shrink, the wires still seemed loose. Hence the electrical tape ;)

Great product

If you do electrical work in a professional capacity, you will want something better. The butt connectors under the heat shrink are very thin. If you crimp them correctly to where you don't puncture the heat shrink, the wires will just pull out and you don't get a secure crimp. You get what you pay for. With that being said, these worked good enough for the small engine and equipment repair I do on the side. The heat shrink seals good.
