Unfortunately, the product turned out to be of poor quality and failed to meet basic expectations within a short usage period.What’s even more disappointing is that the product came with only a 10-day warranty, which is extremely unreasonable for an item in this price range. A product like this should come with at least a 6-month warranty or, at the very least, a spare parts/service warranty to ensure durability and customer satisfaction.When I contacted the vendor’s customer care team to report the issue and request support, I was treated very rudely. The representative bluntly told me to "keep buying new items" instead of offering any assistance or guidance regarding warranty or service. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the seller.

I purchased this timer with a hope that it will help u save our plants during vacation BUT I could not utilize this device because our water tank is on same roof. Only five feet above - hence speed of water flowing-out was very very less. I think it needs at least 15-20 feet above the plant. Its lying unutilized. Please help me - if I can utilize the device.

This item does not work properly in low pressure of water. therefore no use of this water timer..

This product is good and useful. It's easily programmable and user friendly. But although there is a rain sensor given, there is no cancellation of the drip irrigation even after a good rainfall. It cancels only if there is rain ongoing for the time set in. So even if it has rained for 23 hrs, the valve will still open. So it kinda defeats the purpose.
