I recently started taking these capsules and noticed a difference in my first period cycle after taking them for a few weeks. My cycle is more regular and less painful. I feel like these capsules made a huge difference in my menstruation and will definitely be buying them regularly to maintain the benefits.There are 120 capsules inside each bottle. The recommended dose is 4 capsules a day. The capsules are a regular size and easy to swallow. I needed to take a few swallows of water in between to flush the capsules down and then I would eat something just to make sure they got pushed all the way down. I did notice some stomach upset when I took these on an empty stomach. I recommend that you take these with a meal or take them at night before you go to bed so you sleep through any discomfort.

I have been taking some version of inositol supplement for over a year now. When I try new brands, I'm looking to see if the benefits that I have come to expect show any noticeable increase or decrease. I do not take a full dose (usually half) because I want to be able to scale up to full dose as my body's own production decreases with age. The benefits I have come to expect from taking this (even at 1000mg/25 mg) include noticeable improvements in my ability to reign in my boredom grazing, my patience bucket seems a little more full, and I just generally feel a little more... in control, I guess? I did not notice any significant change in any of those benefits while taking this product versus the various other brands that have been effective for me, which in my book means they passed the test.
