I am in love with this vacuum. Easy to assemble, the power and suction is amazing, and my home has never felt cleaner! All I can say is wow! It is a bit pricey but you really do get what you pay for, which is a quality product.

I purchased a Dyson vacuum, expecting high quality, but it stopped working after just one month. The after-sales service has been a nightmare. It took them ages to respond to my emails, and when they finally sent a replacement part, they only replaced part of the head—without actually fixing the issue.On top of that, the entire process dragged on for more than two weeks, with the replacement delivery alone taking 10 days. Now, after all this waiting, I still don’t have a working vacuum. I expected much better from a brand like Dyson. Extremely frustrating experience!

The cleaning is great, but after half a year of use, the battery has become barely enough for a single cleaning. At the beginning it could last for two or even three sessions.

Stopped working 4 months in

It is beyond my expectations. It is bit heavy Working is perfect with very strong suction till now. Will update how it goes after a year or two. One drawback is that u need to keep the button pressed with ur finger which might feels painful at times. But to cover small area for a small time it is great to work with.

Using it for a couple of weeks..the battery is fully charged but the device only works for 10 mins and battery runs out...did not expect this of Dyson!!I hope someone will get in touch with me as it is under warranty
