I loved that it keeps the drink hot for hours, but this model doesn’t have a lid that closes. I wanted to carry it to work, so I was quite disappointed when I saw that it doesn’t close. Owala has another product with a click button, but I couldn’t find it on Amazon. I am keeping this one because I am using it at home.

Honestly will never buy another tumbler besides these. It keeps drinks hot or cold for a long time but the best part is the lid. The mouthpiece is thinner than every other tumbler I've used which makes it very pleasant to drink from and completely eliminates the occasional dribble. Only thing that MIGHT be better is their new lid that shuts off for complete spillage safety. But honestly it's not a deal breaker for me and I won't be looking for a new one until I lose this one (touch wood that never happens though!)

This arrived dented at the bottom right where it says owala. It’s a pain taking it out with me as it doesn’t close so I can’t put it in my bag. It’s also very big and thick so hard / uncomfortable to hold.Does keep tea/ coffee hot. A little too hot to drink through the hole.

Very well made, although quite expensive but worth it. Feels nice in hand , easy to clean

Product looks like the photo and it is a nice colour and all but you can find a better option somewhere. I doesn't even have a lid so you cannot put it into your bag and the drink gets cold in 2-3 hours. I regret buying this.

It doesn't have a lid that actually contains the liquid. There's a video of a guy making a review that indicates that the lid comes with a click button to close sipping part, but this product doesn't come with it. I was mislead by the video review on this page.

It can’t keep hot and cold like advertised! And it spill very easily :) quite disappointed.
