Also, I asked about roasting the root and was quickly sent an email with instructions which I will share here:🌿 How to Roast Dandelion Root:Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).Spread the dried roots in a single layer on a baking sheet.Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn dark brown and smell roasted (like coffee or chocolate).Let cool, then store in an airtight container.You can then grind it (optional) and steep 1-2 tsp per cup in hot water for 10-15 minutes.I will be looking at their other products to purchase!

I’m so glad I chose this company! The lemon balm leaves taste incredibly fresh and smell wonderful. I haven’t tried lemon balm leaves before, so I don’t have anything to compare them to, buuuut I can confidently say I’ll be purchasing again. Quality of the 10 lbs box better than 2 that I bought a couple of times before. Some of the berries from 2 lb bags were whitish, like molded; but 10 lb bag came with fresh and beautifully large berries. Definitely was worth it.

Seems to do well with bladder control, but I found that it should not be used before bedtime - acts like caffeine making it difficult to sleep - with me anyway...
