I like the over all value for money. The instructions were only image depictions and no written words, so that would’ve been sooo much better with words also! Certain parts need to be oriented north or south, and we’ve had to take areas a part and back tighter because it wasn’t descriptive enough.The wind can blow open the top from the magnet if it’s gusty enough. We did have to zip tie the non magnet side so at least one side stayed put and can’t roll in from both sides. I did add weights to the feet of the 4 corners. I added outdoor curtains with adjustable shower poles and heavy duty magnets to weigh the curtains down. Overall I do love it! Hopefully it will withstand any hail and not puncture holes.

I had fairly low expectations for this product given the price - still not sure if I’m keeping or returning. I need 2 pergolas and this was the first one I bought to test it out - definitely not getting the same brand for my second.The aluminum materials are very light and low grade quality. Instructions are ok - not the best and require some patience.The biggest issues are that the middle beams don’t extend all the way across the frame as intended - so I couldn’t fit all of the curtain rollers for the middle beam which is fine functionally because the rollers work on the ends but still not working as intended. Also the dimensions aren’t as advertised - really more like 8 ft 10 in by just under 12 feet (measured from outside of the columns). Sure they probably count the top part of the frame that sticks out but that still doesn’t equal 10x13 as advertised.Again it’s a low price but I’m still unsure if it’s worth it.

I bought this pergola for an outside slab area that is attached to my house. At some point, I want to convert this space into a screened in porch, but don't have the budget for that right now. With that being said, I decided to take a chance and try this (there are no reviews) because it was priced well, it's Amazon Prime delivery (no hassle return), and it looks nice (why not?). The pergola arrived in great condition, no damage to the package. It took my husband and I a couple of hours to put it together (very simply assembly). Please pay attention to the instructions, especially when doing the part for the retractable canopy. All was well until we slid it in place and realized that we couldn't open the door that we put it over. I unfortunately had to return it as a result. This was my error and I should have taken measurements into consideration. The pergola looked great (just as pictured). It is not very heavy weight, so I would recommend anchoring the base or getting weights to put on the legs if you're not able to anchor the base. It did come with screws and stakes to anchor/secure the base of the legs. The base of the legs comes with four pre-drilled holes. You should be able to anchor it to concrete with the right screws. Overall, it's a nice pergola and I would have kept it if I didn't have the issue with the measurements. I do recommend this product.
