Well all I gotta say is I’m very happy with the robot. It’s fun and easy to use. It’s very straightforward and controls are easy to understand. I’ve noticed people saying they had connection issues but mine connected perfectly fine straight out the box. I have 2 other family members that have access to it and they can access it just fine with no issues. I recommend to fully charge before you first use!

I’ve been using this product for a while now and it works great. I haven’t had any issues with it. The connectivity is solid, the camera quality is good, and there’s no lag as long as you have a good internet connection. Overall, it’s a great product that delivers exactly what it promises.

*Update 6/3/25* Their customer service has been great and made it right, they helped me troubleshoot my issues and when they didn't work they made sure to rectify the situation...customer service really saved this whole experience for me..________________________________________________________________________________________________________I was super excited to get this for my pup, as he is super energetic, and the thought was this little robot would be able to follow him around and record and also have funny sayings, it does have funny sayings but they're very random and kind of odd sounding? Also, this is always disconnecting from WiFi so it is not really very reliable. Also, recording is a little tough especially when you're using the remote to move the robot around, so please keep that in mind. I think there is much to be improved with this product, also my pup is a little scared of it as well

We’ve had so much fun with our Rola! Purchased for Christmas 2024, and writing this review March 10, 2025. The packaging wasn’t in the greatest shape when it arrived, but this did not affect the internal packaging or any of the electronics within. Set-up was easy and we got to play right away. My bulldog is obsessed! He comes running when he hears it rolling around. The motor is a bit noisy when you have the sound on in the app and there’s a lag between when someone speaks through the Rola. Those are the only complaints I have and they don’t make it any less fun to use. I have about 4 family/friends that have access through the app and can pop in and say hello while rolling around the living room and we love it! The app notifies me who and when anyone logs on. If you don’t want anyone to pop in, it’s easy to toggle access within the app. The charge on this thing lasts forever! We’ve charged it only twice since Christmas. I could go on and on, but I’ll just say, for the price, it absolutely worth it and I highly recommend! I’ve attached two photos taken with the Rola, one in regular and one in night vision so you can see camera quality.

If you're techy maybe this is for you. It had one good use in it. Reset button not working. After a while of trying to troubleshoot it, the little voice starts to make you angry. It's absolutely adorable with the little pawprint tread on the wheels and getting to control it the one time it worked. Great video quality. It's also quite sturdy, as I was throwing it away it fell onto concrete and barely has a scratch, so if it works for you and falls off a counter it should be a-okay. I am not interested in another one. Not interested in calling support, I feel when we purchase something it should be fairly simple for us to read the instructions and figure out on our own in layman's terms, seeing as we're the ones trying to use it in our day to day life and don't have time to call support every time something goes wrong. We'd be on the phone all day. I fell cuteness trumps the functionality in this case.

Not just for pets, i got this for the wife as she travels for work and with this robot she can roam around the home while away and talk to the kids and me , the camera quality is great, 2 way audio is loud and clear and you have the option to make it louder on the app , the little robot is fast too and easy to learn to control , we have hardwood floors and it is able to run very quickly around our home, it has several custom animal sounds pre recorded that it can make to get a pets attention, my dog didnt care for it, but would be nice of you could record your own custom sounds to it, maybe one day if enabot ever thinks about it. Overall this is a great buy to keep and eye on the home when you are away aswell. The app to control the robot was easy to set up and very user friendly. Jusy one request Enabot, give us a way to record our own custom sounds on the app.

Love it! It’s really fun and so easy to use ,and I love how clear the camera is.We live using it and dropping in on each other to see what’s going on either with our pets and each other.

So, I’ve been seeing Facebook and YouTube videos for weeks. Caved and bought one. We have a mesh network and was a tiny bit of a learning curve. AP Wireless Roaming to -Medium. Our elderly dog freaked out as I was driving remotely for the intro. We readjusted and did the intro in room with us. Much better. My husband who gave me the discerning look of annoyance is now doodling the robot room to room… giggling as it goes over steps and thresholds. This is a fun win! Next plant is my parent’s house. Speaker and mic are well within hearing range. In fact, impressive.
