The company is very responsive and does provide an identifying report if you email and request it. The kits were super easy although, I was confused about the swab technique. After a trial and error, all you need to do is swab the surface of your target and gently wipe the swab over the agar plate substance. It feels like you are accomplishing nothing however, you do not need to press hard or "break" the agar for results. Testing the air is as easy as opening the dish top and leaving it exposed one hour before closing. You may wish to put tape to get the lid on the bottom once done. Results start to appear within 3 days. Black mold will begin around day 5 so do your identification before that point. Per instructions, keep the sealed (bagged) dishes in the dark -- or not in the sunlight. I wish reports were more targeted however, you pay for the kit and not an analysis so it's nice they even offer the email response.

I will definitely be recommending this product! The test were very easy to use I could literally open them up and sit them in the room for 1 hour. I started being able to really see what was growing at about 5-6 days. These include a book packed with information and pictures. I still wanted to be certain what was showing up in my sons room because he's so sick so I emailed them they replied same day with detailed information of what molds were in his room. This is a great product with excellent ppl ready to help if you have questions.

This product achieved its purpose. I discovered I have mold in my house that needs attention. The Petri dishes come with everything you need to safely collect mold samples. The booklet included has a mold guide and ways to treat it. What I liked most is the prompt customer service they provide. I received a mold identification report within hours of requesting it. I would buy this product again.

I placed 3 around in different areas of my home and followed all the steps. Each did show some small growth, all looking different. I emailed the photos and they requested better ones. I retook them and sent back but never got a response. I didn’t push the issue as the growth didn’t look like it was anything to be concerned about judging from the booklet that comes with it.

This product and the service from seller for the is amazing. Easy well written directions, easy to do the test. I got the results from the agar plates, snapped some pictures, emailed them to vendor and got a reply with a detailed report in around 6 hours. The supplies alone is worth the money, but add the report and you would be crazy not to buy. Highly recommend this product, great experience.
