Tasty, nutritious, convenient alternative to dairy milk powders.
I love this powder. Since discovering my dairy intolerance, I've been searching for convenient ways to store and transport powdered milk to use in my coffee at work. This does the job.Pros:Lovely flavour to it.Easy to transport - just pour some into a small tupperware box and it's ready to go.Seems quite healthy (high in fats, but good fats)Quite sweet without needing to add any sugar.Adds a bit of a creamy feel to my coffee (which I like).I also add it to icing sugar mixtures to give it a bit of a kick/creamy texture when baking.Cons:It doesn't work the same as dairy milk powder - the texture turns out quite differently. Which may not be a bad thing, but if that's what you're expecting then you're out of luck.You may need quite a bit of it to have the same effect as milk powder - it makes sense to mix it with water beforehand to get the right texture and consistency.

It is good. Doesn't clump like what Others have said coconut milk powder does. it mixes out well in either cold or hot water. Will continue to use. It does not contain any cow's milk additives. It has clear instructions and good recipes on the bag and I like that it is a resealable pouch. 97%organic coconut milk, with the coconut oil content. 2.5% tapioca maltodextrin to sweeten.

Good to add to curries
This stuff is very nice, good to make curries and soups thicker and calm down the flavour of anything too hot or tart flavoured. The good thing about this is that you can add as much as you like to thicken the sauce to get it to the right consistency. I like adding tamarind to my cooking as a natural preservative so things keep longer even if I don't put them in the fridge. But that makes my food quite tart tasting, so adding this coconut powder reduces that taste and makes everything creamy and wonderful. Good for a keto diet.

Add 30g of powder to 150ml of warm water for cream and 300ml of warm water for milk. Alternatively the powder can be added directly to recipes such as curry, soup, porridge and smoothies.
