This has no menthol effect and feels like oily water. I have bought cheaper brands that release the peppermint smell in a instant. This has no aroma and therefore does not do what it says on the tin. Will never buy this brand again.

Perfect. This is my spider deterrent. Used for first time last year, in a spray bottle diluted with water. Never saw one spider during "BIG" spider season

I've got it mainly as a spiders repellent... My boss got me the recipe. So far so good cross fingers and it leaves a nice mint smell in my house :)

An old tip is to use peppermint oil to keep mice out of kitchen cupboards; this old appears to be working and is ideal in this bigger size.
