There are a lot of strange ideas of what size you should buy on here. I would say regardless of cup size if you are a 32/34 or less on you back size you will need a small. I am an 32F and the small is great for every day wear, wouldn't go to the gym in it unless I wanted black eyes. They are much more comfortable without the pads so I threw them all away (the pads not the bra).

Had similar in the past no support whatsoever but these are very supportive. Make sure you was by hand though as mine seemed to be bigger after putting in the washing machine. Ordered some more and will definitely follow washing instructions in future 😬

I have previously bought other brands of similar bra tops, but these far exceed any others I have worn. I am a large lady so bought the 4XL which fitted perfectly & are so comfortable. I just wear them for every day wear & will definitely be buying some more. Such good value for money as you can spend more than the €21 I paid for three on just one bra!
